Meet Our Team
Daniel Clark
Daniel Clark is the President and Founder of Cell Ventures. He previously was the CEO of a real-estate fund that focused on acquiring cell tower assets across the country. At Cell Ventures, he is responsible for originations, capital markets, disposition of assets, and investor relations. Mr. Clark has also spent nearly 20 years as a principal investor acquiring a diverse portfolio of real estate holdings. Daniel received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and also studied International Business at Richmond College in London, England.
Myles Bowman
Myles Bowman is a Vice President at Cell Ventures. Previously with the Lyle Group, Myles led the acquisitions team and was also responsible for facilitating thousands of cell-tower lease conversions and extensions. Myles is a graduate of Florida State University, where he earned a master’s degree in Higher Education with a focus on Organizational Leadership and Design.
Eric Webb
With over 25 years of experience in real estate and wireless assets, Eric brings proven expertise in all aspects of acquisitions, ownership, management, operations, leasing, financing and dispositions. Eric’s long-term relationships with investors and property owners gives him a unique ability to identify investment opportunities, and structure deals quickly.
Jack Patterson
Jack originates new business at Cell-Ventures. Previously, Jack has held various sales roles for Insurance and Wealth Management companies and in the golf industry as well. A graduate of the College of Charleston, Jack was a 4 year member of the golf team.
Erick Loucel
Erick Loucel is a Portfolio Manager at Cell Ventures. Erick previously spent 14 years working at Crown Castle where he was responsible for the development, sales, negotiations, and acquisitions of cell tower assets. Erick is a Volunteer Committeeman for the Houston Livestock and Rodeo, a graduate of Texas A&M University, and a proud father of twin boys.
Adri Matuszak
Adri Matuszak is Portfolio Manager at Cell Ventures. Adri has seven years of experience working in the telecommunications industry, focusing on lease negotiation and real estate asset management. Adri is responsible for the acquisition of cell tower assets at Cell Ventures. She is a graduate of Arizona State University.
Nick Schweiger
Nick's is a portfolio Manager at Cell Ventures. Nicks experience in real estate, mortgage banking, and wireless assets allows him to creatively structure opportunities compatible with investor goals and close them quickly. He is a University of Virginia graduate with a master’s degree from Yale University.
